A quickie suggestion from Laura, my new flatemate (Finally someone who likes - and knows, cooking ...)
Place some sour cream in a dish and mix well with butter and flour to make dough point. Open very thin lining around a baking pan and bake ... careful not to burn, bake too fast.
Meanwhile, grate lemon peel and reserve. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with some sour cream and condensed milk. Stir well
Remove the dough from the oven, spread the cream in the center and sprinkle with lemon zest.
Amazing, so delicious
