Brazilian pastry


FIRST
Cook pieces of broccoli in salted water
SECOND
Take small aluminum forms (may be those of pie) and line with squares of puff pastry interspersed with melted butter (you can use a brush). Put about 3 or 4 layers in each pan.
THIRD
Fry in butter some chopped onion and garlic whipped. Add milk and wheat flour (a teaspoon for each cup) dissolved in a little more milk. Stir well and put gorgonzola cheese and broccoli chopped - small chunks.
FOURTH
The aluminum forms should be stuffed in puff pastry with cream of broccoli and taken to the oven till browning.
