Bruschetta

The famous Italian starter
Quick but to impressive
- Cut slices of Italian bread, arrange on a baking sheet and put a little olive oil on the top
- Oven
- Meanwhile, cut tomatoes with skin and seeds in small squares and reheat in a hot frying pan greased with olive oil
- Remove the bread from the oven, pass cloves garlic, add the hot tomato, sprinkle with salt and black pepper (preferably freshly ground) and some parmesan cheese.
- Oven again
- To finish add many fresh basil leaves on the top before serve- Eat hot
