The fashion potato crostini, called SWISS POTATO, arrived to Brazil like a hurricane. Everyone loves.
Is a recipe cheap, very easy to do and quickie.
- Peel potatoes and grate - you should to grate in a large chunks
- Wash and boil in salted water - do not cook too much
- Squeeze to take off the water
- Add cubes of mozarela cheese and a little bit margarine
- Arrange half the potatoes in a omelet pan
- fill with whatever you want (cheese, meat, cream, vegetables... be creative), and put the rest of the potatoes on the top of the filling.
- Low heat to avoid burning, always turning
