Pressure pan
To be honest, I dont like to use a pressure pan. It's because it´s closed, and normally it cook so fast, and 'cos this, I cannot control the process of cooking, losing the exact point that I wish or the recipe requires. And even in normal pan you need some care to achieve success in cooking food. First, cover the pan (smothering food) speed up cooking. And in the case of vegetables being cooked in water, more important, by draining them, go in cold water. Otherwise, they continue cooking and become to much cooked.
