Strawberry cake

Cut a Pullman cake of chocolat in three layers.

Moisten with some soda and cognac.

Fill with whipped cream, thinly sliced strawberries and crumbled sweet crispy (made from egg whites and sugar in the oven - but you can buy ready).
On the top, whipped cream and strawberries to decorate.
